Welcome to ARISERO! This purchase agreement (the "Agreement") applies to all purchases made through our website (zoyavashop.com). By placing an order with ARISERO, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. General Principles and Account Terms

Eligibility: By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are accessing this website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information (including a valid email address, billing information, and shipping address) for all transactions.

2. Product Information and Handcrafted Nature

Handcrafted Uniqueness: Our apparel (including dresses, skirts, shorts, etc.) is inspired by nature and crafted by hand. Slight variations in texture, print placement, or color tone are natural characteristics of the artisanal process, making each piece truly unique.
Sizing and Color: We strive to display product colors and sizing options as accurately as possible. However, please note that actual products may exhibit slight color variations due to factors such as individual monitor settings.

3. Pricing and Payment

Currency and Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in US Dollars (USD)—though they may be converted to your local currency at checkout—and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and secure third-party payment platforms. Full payment must be received before an order can be processed and shipped.
Taxes and Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other customs fees imposed by the destination country. Such additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Logistics Partners: We provide worldwide shipping through reliable carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and EMS. Processing and Delivery Times: Order processing typically takes 2–5 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Risk of Loss/Damage: The risk of loss or damage to, as well as ownership of, the purchased items transfers to you from the moment we hand the package over to the carrier.

5. Return and Exchange Policy

Return/Exchange Period: We offer a flexible return and exchange policy. Please submit your request within 14 days of receiving your package.
Condition of Items: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged; they must also be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Return/Exchange Process: Please contact our customer support team to initiate a return or exchange. Unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

6. Order Cancellation and Modification

Orders may be cancelled or modified within **12 hours** of being placed. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, it can no longer be modified or cancelled; however, you may request a return after receiving the items, in accordance with Section 5.

ARISERO shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use—or inability to use—our products or services. Furthermore, ARISERO is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carrier issues, customs delays, or *force majeure events.
